• General Motors – Acting for General Motors in respect of the disposal of its Thai motor vehicle manufacturing business to Great Wall Motor group;

• G4S – advising G4S on the disposal of its Thai cash management business to Guardforce group;

• Actavis – advising Actavis on its acquisition of Silom Medical a generic pharmaceutical manufacturer;

• Eurofins – acting for Eurofins on its acquisition of shares in Thai Environmental Technic Limited carrying on the business of laboratory testing and monitoring services;

• Teleflex Medical – acting for Teleflex on its acquisition of sale and distribution of Vascular Access medical device business of IDS Medical Systems in Thailand;

• Iron Mountain – acting for Iron Mountain on its acquisition of certain assets and business of Thai British Security Printing Public Company Limited relating to information management, records and tape storage, shredding and associated document imaging and management business;

• Satang Corporation – reorganization and disposal of digital asset exchange business and initial coin offering (ICO) in the U.S.;

• Cognizant – advising and applying for the BOI promotion for the IT consulting and business process outsourcing services;

• Zilingo – advising Zilingo on the establishment of e-commerce business and online market platform to buy and sell fashion items and BOI related issues;

• Droom – advising Droom India’s largest marketplace for used automobiles on the establishment of e-commerce business and online market platform to buy and sell auto vehicles and BOI related issues;

• Teleflex Medical – advising Teleflex Medical on the establishment of healthcare business in Thailand and applying for the foreign business licence in respect of import, export and provision of services relating to medical devices;

• Varian Medical Systems – advising and applying for the foreign business licence in respect of pre-sales and after-sales services for the medical equipment and software;

• Tenneco Automotive – advising and applying for the foreign business licence in respect of wholesale business regarding tools, component and spare parts of vehicles and automobiles;
