Jiracha graduated with an LL.B. from Thammasat University, and obtained an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London, the United Kingdom in 2024. She joined Timblick & Partners in 2025 as an associate focusing on corporate and commercial matters, general corporate compliance and corporate secretarial work. Jiracha speaks fluently in Thai and English.
Her role involves providing legal advice upon request of the clients in broad areas of law, including advising on general corporate compliance, conducting legal research, preparing documents for submission to related government authorities in respect of company incorporation, capital increase, amendment of the articles of association, amendment of company objectives, change of directors and transfer of shares etc. and Thai and English translation of legal documents.
