Practice Experience

Kritima joined Timblick & Partners in late 2024 as a corporate and commercial lawyer. Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, business structures and joint ventures, corporate finance, project finance, employment and real estate. Prior to this, Kritima spent two years at Linklaters (Thailand) Ltd., where she worked on matters spanning corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, and project finance. She later transitioned into business development roles at Shopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and L’Oréal (Thailand) Co., Ltd., where she specialized in driving sustainable revenue growth and aligning commercial strategy with compliance. Kritima’s cross-functional background enables her to deliver commercially attuned legal advice that meets the evolving needs of clients.

Her experience includes being part of the team representing:

Corporate and Commercial

G4S Plc – advising G4S on the restructuring of the G4S group companies in Thailand and drafting relevant legal documents;
Advised multiple Chinese companies regarding on investment and general legal landscape in Thailand
Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements including property sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, loan agreements, employment agreements, service agreements and shareholder agreements

Lucy Electrics – Advised on unfair discrimination between permanent and contract employees.

Real Estates

Advising in relation to transactional structure for the lease and service agreements in Koh Phangan Province, Thailand;
Advising in relation to the purchasing transaction of the condominium units worth over THB 140m at the center of Bangkok.
